AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
POINT SIX NINE ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF THE O.W. KNIGHT
SURVEY, ABSTRACT 899. OWNER: ED Mac HENDRIX. FROM AG
AGRICULTURAL TO NSCC COMMERCIAL. PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE
IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
ANI) PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public healing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 26.1. of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
o the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the .69 Acre
tract of land out of the O.W. Knight Survey, Abstract 899
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 83-29
is changed from its prior zoning classification of Agricultural
to a zoning classification of Neighborhood Service Commercial
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordinance No. 261-S9 , remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passes.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
