ORDINANCE NO. 261-70
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
SUNSHINE PLACE ADDITION, OWNER: C & L BUILDERS.
FINAL PLAT AND ZONING CHANGE FROM AG AGRICULTURAL TO
A-3 SINGLE FAMILY. AND PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE TO
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
o the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the Sunshine
Place Addition, Finaal Plat and Zoning from Agricultural to A-3
Single Family.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 7,A84-1.5
is changed from its prior zoning classification of Ag Agricultural
to a zoning classification of A-3 Single Family
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created b,, said Ordinance No. 261
is hereby amended to reflect the change ir; zor ng cl,,.ssificati:.i made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except a, a,nen,ied by this
Ordinance-No * 261-70 remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
