AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
LOTS 5 AND 6 OUT OF BLOCK 6; LOTS 4, 5 AND 6 OUT OF
BLOCK 3; LOT 12 OUT OF BLOCK 2; DIAMOND CIRCLE ESTATES
ZONING TO LIGHT COMMERCIAL; REMAINDER OF LOTS ARE
ZONED A3 SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT; PRIOR ZONING
ALL LOTS WAS AGRICULTURAL. OWNER: LLOYD CARDER.
AND PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearinj published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Sotithlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ord~,inea by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1_. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
fie City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981., and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby ar,l.ei led insofar as the Lots 5 & 6
of Block 6; Lots 4, 5, & 6 of Block 3; Lot 2 of Block 3 & Remaining
Lots in Diamond Circle Estates
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number ZA84-30_
is changed from its prior zoning classification of AG Agricultural _
to a zoning classification of LIGHT COMMERCIAL AND A3 SINGLE FAMILY
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is ereby amend(. d to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 2(.1, except as amended by this
OrcTi.na.nce No. 261-76 remains in effect in all ogler respects as
originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
