AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
THOMAS EASTER SURVEY, ABSTRACT 474; TRACT 5 SIXTEEN
POINT FORTY SIX ACRES, TRACT 5A SIXTEEN POINT FORTY
SIX ACRES, TRACT 11 TEN POINT EIGHT SIXTY EIGHT ACRES.
OWNER: KENNETH SMITH, NU-WAY TRANSPORTS. FROM AG
AGRICULTURAL TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL AND PROVIDING FOR A
CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted., all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
owe City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the Thomas
Easter Survey, Abstract 474, tract 5, tract 5A & tract 11
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Niimber ZA84-45
is changed from its prior zoning classification of Agricultural
to a zoning classification of sight Industrial
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is ere y amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordinance-No- 93 , remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passed.
This Ordinance shall 1,111c ef=fect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
