AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE PERMIT FOR A GUEST HOUSE. LOCA-
TION IS A. J. CHIVERS SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 348, TRACT
1A2. OWNER: RONALD L. CULLUM. AND PROVIDING FOR A
CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 ptissed by the City Council
o the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the Special
Exception Use Permit for a Guest House, location being A.J. Chivers
Survey, Abstract 348, Tract 1A2.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number zAg4-17
is changed from its prior zoning. classification of

SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is hereby-amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordinance-No. 261-84 remains in effect in all other respects as
originally pass
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
