AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
SEVENTEEN POINT TWO NINETY NINE ACRE TRACT OF LAND
OUT OF THE THOMAS BEEDY SURVEY, ABSTRACT 72. OWNER!
DAVID AND ANNE HARDY. FROM AG AGRICULTURAL TO A3
SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR A
CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
of the ty of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the Seventeen
point two ninety nine acres of land out of the Thomas Beedy Survey,
Abstract 72.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 83-45
is changed from its prior zoning. classification of AG Agricultural
to a zoning classification of A3 Single Family Zoning District
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
isheerebTamended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordinance-No. sR5 , remains in effect in all other respects as
originally pas

or posting, if any, as required by law.
