OWNER! DAVID AND ANNE HARDY. FROM AG AGRICULTURAL TO A3 SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT. WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas, NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South- lake, Texas: SECTION 1.
