AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
FOUR POINT TWO SEVENTY SEVEN ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT
OF THE O.W. KNIGHT SURVEY ABSTRACT 899. OWNERS:
C. DOUGLAS WHITE AND FRANK GRAHAM. FROM AG AGRICUL-
TURAL TO A3 SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT AND PRO-
VIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
of-t1Te City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the 4.277
acre tract of land out of the O.W. Knight Survey, Abstract 899
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number ZA84-55
is changed from its prior zoning. classification of Agricultural
to a.zoning classification of A3 Single Family
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordnance No. _24L-_&7_ , remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
