261-090 ORDINANCE NO. 261-90 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF . TWENTY SEVEN POINT FORTY-ONE ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF THE S.H, THOMPSON SURVEY, ABSTRACT 1504. OWNER: FRED JOYCE AND MARY MEYERS, ENT. FROM AGRICULTURAL TO A-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENT AND PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP. AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT. WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas, NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South- lake, Texas: SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre- hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the 27.41 acre tract of land out of the S.H. Thompson Survey, Abstract 1504. and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number ZA 85-6 is changed from its prior zoning classification of AGRICULTURAL _ _ to a zoning classification of A-.3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENT. SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261 is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made by this ordinance. SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this Ordinance-No - 261 - remains in effect in all other respects as originally passed.
