AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF .
LOT TWELVE OF THE SOUTHLAKE PARK ESTATES. OWNER:TERRY
MITCHELL. FROM AGRICULTURAL TO A-3 SINGLE FAMILY RE-
SIDENT AND PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMEN"r.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of 'the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
