261-100 ORDINANCE 1~0. 261-100 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THF? ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF TWO POINT EIGHT SIXTY SIX ACRE TRACT OF LAND.OUT OF A.H. CHIVFR'S SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 299. OWNER: LLOYD BROWN. FROM AGRICULTURAL.TO LIGHT COMMERCIALDISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP. AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT. WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas, NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South- lake, Texas: SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council o the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre- hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the 2.866 acre tract of land out of the C.H. Chiver's Survey, Abstract.No. 299. and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number R~_2S is changed from its prior zoning. classification of AGRICULTURAL to a zoning classification of TIGHT COMMERCIAL SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261 is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made by this ordinance. SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this Ordnance No. 261-100 remains in effect in all other respects as originally passed.
