WHEREAS, the City of Southlake is
empowered to levy ~xes for the use
and support of the Municipal Gov-
ernment; And
WHEREAS, such taxes are to be levied
on a fair and equal basis; Now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Council of the City of Southlake does hereby
authorize the Mayor to employ M. E. Whit.olde, a quali-
fied Tax Assessor, to assess p~a~erty values for the
Tax Roll for 1972.
M. E. Whit.side is to r~ceive $125 per month for a
twelve month period commending with the date of this
