The S -P-2 generalized site plan district with 0-1 Office District use needs to be modified to include "ambulatory surgical center/clinic (no over night stay)" as a permitted use. Also the covered short term parking space ("carport") needs to be included on the plan attached to the zoning as a permitted accessory use.
