7 Virginia Caston, 1357 Lakeview Drive, Southlake, TX in opposition

10 Roger Catlin, 1366 Lakeview Drive, Southlake, TX spoke about drainage problems. He felt the
11 medium density would aggravate the drainage. He stated there was a water report done by a neighbor
12 that indicated a bio hazard contamination.

14 Douglas Caston, 1357 Lakeview Drive, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition to the increased density.
15 He didn't feel it was compatible with surrounding properties. He also felt the increase in density
16 would increase drainage problems. He discussed the Southlake 2025 Plan.

18 Jim Walsh, 1355 Lakeview Drive, Southlake, TX also talked about the drainage and the erosion of the
19 creek bed.

21 Kathy Thomas, 1374 Lakeview Drive, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition to the density. She talked
22 about the drainage problems. However, she supports this project if it will fix the drainage.

27 questions from the Commission.
