The Applicant is 985 Randol Mill, L.P. 37 38 Curtis Young, Sage Group, representing 985 Randol Mill, L.P., presented CP06-001, Land Use Plan 39 Amendment to the Commission. 40 41 Curtis Young continued with his presentation on the zoning and development plan. 42 43 David Keener, development group, talked about the drainage plan. 44 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes on April 6, 2006. 5 I Andrew Kelly, project engineer, continued to talk about drainage. 2 3 Chairman Boutte opened the joint public hearing and read cards from those who did not wish to 4 speak: 5 6 Rob & Anne Rhoades, 1376 Lakeview Drive, Southlake, TX in support 7 Virginia Caston, 1357 Lakeview Drive, Southlake, TX in opposition 8 9 10 Roger Catlin, 1366 Lakeview Drive, Southlake, TX spoke about drainage problems. He felt the 11 medium density would aggravate the drainage. He stated there was a water report done by a neighbor 12 that indicated a bio hazard contamination. 13 14 Douglas Caston, 1357 Lakeview Drive, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition to the increased density. 15 He didn't feel it was compatible with surrounding properties. He also felt the increase in density 16 would increase drainage problems. He discussed the Southlake 2025 Plan. 17 18 Jim Walsh, 1355 Lakeview Drive, Southlake, TX also talked about the drainage and the erosion of the 19 creek bed. 20 21 Kathy Thomas, 1374 Lakeview Drive, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition to the density. She talked 22 about the drainage problems. However, she supports this project if it will fix the drainage. 23 24 Chairman Boutte closed the joint public hearing and called for discussion. 25 26 Curtis Young returned to the podium and responded to the public hearing concerns and answered 27 questions from the Commission. 28 29 David Keener responded to question about density. 30 31 The Commission continued with their discussion. 32 33 Curtis Young returned to the podium to continue discussion. 34 35 David Keener talked about the economics and layout of the proposal.
